After completing the inspection, we compile a detailed report that includes:
- Photos, captions, and descriptions of all findings
- Recommendations if items need repaired, replaced, or further evaluation by a qualified contractor

- A clear summary of the home’s overall condition along with those items that need to be repaired or replaced
Walkthrough & Explanation
We offer a post-inspection walkthrough:
During the walkthrough we go through all the pictures and discuss the findings with you in person or over the phone, answering any questions and clarifying any concerns you might have.
This process is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your future home’s condition, empowering you with the information you need to make confident and informed decisions.
